• We will assist with everything for the Rehearsal

• We will create a wedding timeline/schedule

• Managing, working and corresponding with the vendors

• Assisting with setting up and cleaning up

• Supervision and coordination of ceremony and reception

• Provide Wedding Day Emergency Kit 

• Packing up and loading of gifts and wedding decorations 

• This package will include 1 in person or  virtual meetings and follow up as needed. ( this does not include the consolation) any additional meeting requested will be an additional charge. 

* Meetings are typically held 1 month before wedding day 

• Includes the Month of Service package in addition to: 

• 2 additional in person meetings 

• Attendances at vendor meetings upon request and correspondence with Vendors

•  Assisting with budgeting information

• Our personal touches.  

* Meetings are typically held 9 months ,6 months, 3 months, 1 month  and 1 week before the big day

•  Includes both the Month of Services package and the Little Big Day package in addition to: 

•  Assistance with special style of wedding

•  Vendor referrals and vendor pricing 

• Managing vendor relationships and client communications 

• Assist with bringing vision your to life 

• Creating and Managing budget

• Assist with invitation and paper style design

• Assist with seating charts and plans 

• Advice on each part of your wedding day

• Includes 6 in person meetings and vendor meetings.
